Bowmore 11 Years Old 2015 Tequila A dram to savour slowlyThis single malt was distilled on the 23rd of February 2015 at the Bowmore Distillery on the Isle of Islay. It was aged for 11 years in a single bourbon barrel, creating a lovely texture and notes of peaches that mingle with delicate peat, leading to a finish reminiscent of roast chicken flavoured crisps. Bottled by Little Brown Dog at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
