They are not identified, but this came with a lot of other dags out of a Florida estate and one of the other daguerreotypes was of a child identified as John Madison Taylor (b. 1851, Georgia) so there's a good chance this dag was taken somewhere in that area or the southeast US. Dag no longer has its seals but is in excellent condition with no scratches, swipes
