The head is more elongated and tapered & the neck is left at stock diameter, providing a more 'full' feeling by keeping the sphincter stretched as opposed to the slender neck style of our Rosebud plugs. This one is our Large size measuring 4. 5" tall and 2" at its widest with a 1. 5" diameter by 1. 5" long
