Slight notes of petroleum also rise from the ice cream, and the mouth waters before you have even taken the first sip. But once you've tasted it, you can't stop. The taste is lively and fruity as a good Riesling should be; the body is nice and light and the overall impression of the wine is clearly more than what I had dared to hope for.
